Beta End User License Agreement
Effective August 17, 2026
This agreement applies to optionOS beta software made available through the optionOS invitation flow. Installing or using the software means you agree to this agreement and the Terms.
Party and contact
The party to these terms is Yunus Emre Ak, operating optionOS under the trade name YEMREAK YAZILIM (tax ID 0110798862, Beylikdüzü / Istanbul, Türkiye). "optionOS" in this text refers to that party. Contact: hello@optionos.app.
Beta license
optionOS grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the beta for your own authorized use during the beta period. No ownership is transferred.
Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, interfere with, or bypass access or security controls for the beta. You may not reverse engineer the beta except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
Ownership and third-party components
optionOS and its licensors retain their rights in the beta. Third-party or open-source components remain subject to their own license terms.
Updates and termination
The beta may update, change, or stop working. This license ends when beta access is revoked or discontinued, or if you materially breach this agreement. When the license ends, stop using and delete copies of the beta in your control.
Experimental behavior and liability
The beta is experimental and may produce inaccurate or unexpected output or actions. The safeguards, warranty disclaimer, liability limits, and non-waivable-rights boundary in the Terms apply to this license.
Acceptance, law, and jurisdiction
Installing or using the software means you accept this agreement and the Terms. If you do not accept them, do not complete installation and do not use the software.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you act as a consumer, the mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence remain reserved. The indemnity, force majeure, changes, and general provisions in the Terms also apply to this license.
