Doctor states the cause of a problem and the step to take in plain language. While the transcription model is being prepared, progress appears in Settings › Dictation, along with the reason when there is an error. Agent names are distinguished while loading, when unnamed, when unreadable and when they fail; a problem report opened from Doctor carries the diagnostic findings in its own section.
